Program Objective
To produce dedicated, motivated and technically gifted outdoor soccer players that can compete at a collegiate level upon graduation from high school.
The program will be delivered for four years with players staying with the team until age 18. YAFC is committed to a long term plan that will work with the same team members.
The team plans to attend two outdoor soccer tournaments per season.
Program Details
The team presently trains a total of four hours per week, moving to six hours once the outdoor season begins. In addition to soccer specific training, the players have fitness sessions once per week for conditioning and flexibility during the winter months.
A 95% non-excused attendance level must be maintained by all team members.
Players are required to arrive early and be ready for training on time, everytime.
Players have committed to be "soccer first" athletes. Other sports and recreational activities take a second place to team scheduling.

Fitness Schedule
