 ACADEMIES within the NWT

  • Provide players with a fun and positive soccer experience, while teaching the principles of fair play, discipline and teamwork;
  • For players who are looking to challenge themselves and learn advanced technical and tactical skills: beating an opponent, creating space, developing progression, etc.;
  • Enhance player development and expose players to different styles of play and understanding the roles and responsibilities of each player on the team;
  • Emphasize the technical and tactical aspects of the game - attacking and defending principles, both individually as a unit.
