Mission
The NWT Soccer Association is a non-profit organization that exists solely to provide for the organization, promotion and development of soccer in the Northwest Territories.
Vision
NWT Soccer Association's Vision is to be a respected leader in soccer development in the Northwest Territories, providing its members with all of the services necessary to develop a strong foundation of committed coaches, officials and programs; focusing on both the grassroots and high performance levels.
Values
- The Beautiful Game: the NWT Soccer Association promotes participation in an enjoyable environment, free from discrimination and harassment, guided by the principles of fair play, moral and ethical behavior;
- Player-Centered: the NWT Soccer Association ensures that its decision-making is based on a player-centered philosophy;
- Quality Development: the NWT Soccer Association will provide consistent, transparent and equitable opportunities to all of our members for skill development, training and competition requirements;

Strategic Priorities
NWT Soccer's Strategic Priorities are to:
- Develop a solid organizational and financial framework to ensure the continuation of developmental programs for the future;
- Establish a consistent program for coaching, officiating and player development clinics to reach all communities in the Northwest Territories; and
- Increase participation and membership numbers by continuing to establish and solidify relationships with all soccer leagues, events and organizers throughout the North.
